I was so happy to be able to celebrate my 11/11/11 with my family as we made wishes together and let our lanterns fly in the sky. It was so beautiful, almost hundreds of people gathered at the football field in Cuenca, and as 11:11 strikes on the clock, everyone lit up their lanterns and just send it up to the sky. It was so majestic since all of the lanterns were going on the same direction, it just looked like little orange stars moving across the vast space. It felt nice to be part of such a lovely event.
